All my sessions are designed to cater for every level. Whatever it is that you want to work on, I’m offering different private classes & membership programmes to help you achieve your goals. I will guide you through the whole time, adjusting the practice to fit your body and personality. There will be no diets involved and no strict fitness regimes.

We will be practicing based on what you need on the given day. Fitness Yoga, Yin, Deep Relaxation and/or Power Walking, Fitness Circuit Training.
