Savoury Tart with Wholegrain Flour

Here it is friends! The recipe you’ve been asking me about over on Instagram.

It’s easy, it takes less than 10’ to prepare everything and put the tray in the oven.

  • 250gr Wholegrain Flour

  • 250ml Milk

  • 50ml Olive Oil

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 tbs dry yeast

  • 1tbs Salt

  • 1tbs Pepper, Thyme, Sweet Paprika Powder (anything you fancy)

  • (Vegan) Cheese, Olives, Vegetables (anything you fancy)


  1. Preheat oven at 170 °C.

  2. Whisk the eggs together with the olive oil and the milk.

  3. Add slowly the flour, yeast, salt, spices and give everything a good stir.

  4. Next add all the cheese, vegetables and stir again. If you’re using more liquid vegetables or tomatoes use 50ml LESS milk.

  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for 45’. Make sure you check mid-way depending on your oven.

Because sometimes we all need something that isn’t pizza but tastes like one.
