This 3-month personal and intensive workout programme is about making people believe in priorities. Find your motivation, make your workout a priority, and see your body and mood change session after session.
This programme is about the experience you get to live for three months believing in yourself and in your ability to change. And yes, the results will be amazing!
MOTIVATION: Intensive and personal sessions to get the best out of you physically, mentally and emotionally.
Fitness Yoga: A combination of fitness exercises and yoga (flow,yin,meditation, deep relaxation)to offer you a whole fitness experience. Personal connection and attention to your needs.

1-to-1 or Small Group (Max. 3students) under my guidance every-step of the way.
BEGINNERS OR ADVANCED PROGRAMME
Indoors at your location or at my studio in Amsterdam West (Baarsjesweg). Outdoors at your preferred park or other location after agreement.
