Then this is the perfect programme for you because you will learn that your body is THE perfect body in 3-weeks time.

We will practice at your own pace, taking into account your body’s needs and what you want to achieve away from impersonal studio settings.


 

WHAT

MOTIVATION. Private, personal sessions to work on your own pace and needs. 1-on-1 guidance in order to get the best out of each class.

Fitness Yoga: A combination of fitness exercises and yoga (flow,yin,meditation, deep relaxation)to offer you a whole fitness experience. Personal connection and attention to your needs.

YOU WILL:

HOW & WHERE

1-to-1 or Small Group (Max. 3students) under my guidance every-step of the way.

BEGINNERS LEVEL

Indoors at your location or at my studio in Amsterdam West (Baarsjesweg). Outdoors at your preferred park or other location after agreement.

Fixed weekly schedule.

PROCESS & FEES

  1. Register and/or get in touch to discuss.

  2. You’ll receive a registration form to agree on details (needs/schedule).

  3. Invoice/Payment.

    Total Programme Fee: €380 (+VAT)

    Two 90’sessions/week
